UPSC One Time Registration (OTR) 2025 – Important Update for All Aspirants
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially launched a new online application system starting in 2025. If you’re planning to apply for any upcoming UPSC exams — like Civil Services, NDA, CDS, or others — this is something you must know.
UPSC has introduced a new One-Time Registration (OTR) system as part of a complete revamp of their application process. Without completing this registration, you won’t be able to apply for any future UPSC exams.
🔹 What’s Changed?
UPSC has moved to a new four-part application process to make things smoother and more transparent for candidates. The first step is to create your profile through OTR — and it’s mandatory for everyone, whether you’re a first-time applicant or someone who has applied before.
✅ What You Need to Do:
- Visit the official UPSC website: https://upsconline.nic.in
- Click on “Account Creation” and fill in your basic details.
- Complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) process.
- After that, you’ll be ready to apply for any future exams when their applications open.
Note: Even if you had registered under the old system, you still need to register again on this new portal.
